• We are now scheduling all COVID-19 vaccines and booster shots.
  • We are providing 4th doses (2nd boosters) for anyone 50 and older or immunocompromised. Please only schedule your booster a minimum of 4 months after your 3rd dose (1st booster). 3rd doses (1st boosters) are approved for persons 12 and older.
  • We also have the Pediatric Pfizer vaccines for ages 5-11.
  • Additionally, we are scheduling all routine childhood vaccinations.
  • All vaccinations are provided at the Southwest Retail Pharmacy. Walk-ins will be asked to schedule online.
  • Please allow up to 30 minutes for your appointment as we are a full-service pharmacy at the same time as providing vaccines.
  • We appreciate your understanding while we take care of all of our patients.
